Tina decided not to comment on how messy his hair was. XD "Good afternoon." She said. "Alright,I'll get straight to the point; April 28th we're leaving for your grandparents. By 'we', I mean Shaun, Svana, Xander, you, Loki, and I." she couldn't help but let some of her amusement show on her face. "We'll be gone four days. Oh, and your hair is sticking out all over."

Dustin made a token effort to smooth his hair down, but gave up. "Oh, right. Thanks for letting me know."

Tina laughed. "You know, I could teach you a spell to help with that." She paused. "Well, actually, we ought to start training you with Svana anyways."

Downstairs, Svana was watching Son of the Mask, and you could all but see the lightbulb go on over her head. XD That's not a good thing, not at all.

Svana started messing with her stone, then it flashed once. Suddenly, the law of gravity didn't seem to be affecting Svana. O_o "Wheeee!" She said as she kicked off the couch. "Daddy, this is fun!" She did the spell again, and not Shaun was floating, too. XD

"I guess so. When do you want me to go?"

Shaun was extremely rattled. "It's not a toy, Svana! So don't treat it as one, and put me down right now."

Svana pouted. "Don't be a party pooper. Besides, this is the first time I've tried this."

"I don't particularly want to change shape, or end up hurt, just cuz you can't or won't control your power."

Svana pouted some more. "Aww, fine." She started messing with the stone again, but it wasn't working. O_o "Work! Darnit! Work!" She started shaking it and manipulating its energies mentally, and it started shooting sparks. O_O

Shaun was spooked. "Maybe you should wait til your mother gets back."
