Rika put away the nail file and opened the door.

"Agreed. So when and where is this get-together?"

[Miranda_]

"I don't particularly like the situation any more than you do. But when no-one will give me a job as a guy, what choice do I have?"

"Are we going to have to ignore each other at work, or are we going to pretend to be friends or whatever?"

Ezhno told her where. "I'll walk you there, though, too." He said.

"Hey, Rika." Svana said. "There's this dance tihng tonight, and i was wondeirng if you wanted to go."

[Miranda_]

"I don't really know. If you could get me a job as a guy, I just won't go to the interview. But I don't know what I could do."

"Maybe we should just try this out for a while. I can't seem to land a second job, anyway." Freya sighed.

Rika smiled, "Yeah, I'd love too."

"Great! We leave in... uh, five minutes." Svana said.

"I guess so. Maybe I'll find another job in the meantime and won't have to do this."

Rika nodded, "I'll be down as soon as I can."

"I don't want to force you into quitting, Loki. Maybe we can try and make this a fun thing." Freya said.

[Miranda_]

"How so? By the way, I'm mostly going to be working the bar."
