"Not sure if I can tell it properly, but yeah, I'll give it a go. Not as if I have anything better to do right now."

"Just make it funny and amusing, and she'll see you in a whole new light." Tina said.

[Miranda_]

"Anything's got to be better than her running away every time she sees me."

[spirit_queen]

"Or going completely silent and trying really hard to be as out of the way as possible." Tina said, nodding.

[Miranda_]

"Yeah, that too. It just bugs me."

[spirit_queen]

"Well, I'll go get her." Tina said.

[Miranda_]

Loki nodded and settled himself more comfortably in the armchair.

Tina found Svana in her room, working in that same coloring book she had been when Shaun had fetched her. XD

"Svana?"

"Yes, mama?" Svana said, looking up.

"Could you come downstairs, please?"

Svana nodded and stood. "But what for?"

"There's this really great story you need to hear." Tina said.

"A story? Who's telling it?" Svana asked, her eyes lighting up.

Tina winked. "You'll see."

[Miranda_]

Loki wasn't overly optimistic about the success of Tina's plan. He was sure that Svana would just refuse to stay in the same room as him.

Tina lead Svana downstairs to the living room. As soon as Svana saw Loki, she looked down at her feet and chewed her lip. "Come now, Svana." Tina said. "You cna't really enjoy the story if you act like that. Get over your shyness and fear; trust me, this story is worth it."

"It is?" Svana asked quietly.

"Mm-hmm." Tina said.

"Okay." Svana clung to her mom, but she looked up at Loki. "H-hi."
