Poor Svana was petrified.

The woman grabbed 'Sky' and shoved 'her' by a tree, then tied 'her' there. The rope was enchanted, and very hard to break/cut. Too bad Loki wouldn't have to break it.

Loki knew that once he shifted form, the tree would break apart and the rope would, too; enchanted or not, it could not stand against the being who he planned to become. The problem was, he would have to wait until the woman's attention was entirely focussed on Svana, or else he'd lose the element of surprise. He feigned fainting while the woman was tying him to the tree.

Eventually, she did turn her attention to Svana, who was shaking so badly that she looked like a person on the brink of hypothermia.

The womn fastened a necklace on Svana, and Svana stopped shaking, stopped moving in every way but breathing. As if the girl was a doll, the woman positioned Svana in the grass so that she was laiyng on her back, her arms and legs spread out.

Loki didn't know what she was doing to Svana, but it had concentrated her attention good enough so he could carry out his plan.

She took some clear liquid with the consstency of syrup and smeared it on Svana's forehead and collar bone. Then, she took out some sort of knife, but it wasn't made with metal. One could almost mistake it for a dark red glass, except for the way it glowed.

she sharpened it on a stone, the sound ringing out ominously. Then she stepped towards Svana and held the blade high.

Loki changed form, taking the shape of his son Jormungand, the immense serpent. The rope shattered and the tree splintered, unable to stand against the giant snake. Loki sank his fangs into the woman's body, injecting her with deadly venom.

Unfortunately, the blade fell from the woman's hands, and fell onto Svana.

Svana screamed; not only was she in pain, the sight of the giant beast killing an immortal being was more than she could take.

As soon as the deadly venom had done its work, Loki changed back into himself. He knelt down by Svana. "Are you hurt? Your necklace; you need to use it to get us back to the house."

Svana couldn't move at the moment... Loki had to take off the necklace. As for the glowing blade, it had stabbed into her open palm... if 'stab' was the right word; there was no wound, and the blade was made to abros energy, not to actually wound.

Loki would have ot take the necklace off and take the blade out if he wanted her to be able to transport them home.

Loki could see that Svana was badly hurt, too much to be able to do what he'd asked. He took the necklace off, trying to remember how to use it, and programmed it to take them back to the house.
