Tina looked back and forth between the two. "I didn't notice anything like that." She said, then shook her head. "I suppose we should go; it's going to rain." she added after a short pause.
They headed back to Remy's house, under the rain that fell like stair rods from the suddenly overcast sky. No car was parked outside the house; this surprised Remy til he remembered that his father was on the run from the police.

Tina was soaked, and her eyes were blank-looking. She fough back tears as this place reminded he of the news she'd seen not but an hour or so ago. she failed, and a big, fat tear trailed down her cheek, but it would go unnoticed in the heavy rain.
Tina didn't mind, for she had smelled worse. She kicked off her shoes and socks, then flopped carelessly onto the couch, her expresiion still carefully composed; now was not the time to break.
Remy carefully shut the front door after they were all in, then went upstairs to change out of his wet clothes and to carefully put away the things he'd bought.

Keiko looked at Tina. "I'll be back. I want to change." Keiko walked up the stairs and into a bathroom. She didn't bother shutting the door. She never liked the door shut, anyway, and she started undressing.
