Jasper sighed, nodded, then went upstairs.

Xander lead her around a few times slowly. "Ready to speed up?"

Lindsey's door was partially open. She was hiding under the blankets on her bed.

"Um. I think so."

Xander sped up slightly. "Just tell me if it's too fast."

"Lindsey, I'm- I'm coming in." Jasper said. He went in and sat down on the edge of the bed. "Um, hey."

"I will." Sky said.


Lindsey only peeped her head out from under the covers. "Go away, Jasper."

Xander sped up a little bit more.

"No, I need to talk to you." Jasper said. "I'm not breaking up with you, don't worry." He paused. "Um, where to start..?" He really wasn't very good at the whole being sensitive thing.

Sky tried to keep pace.

"Y-You aren't dumping me...? Good, because being a Goddess of fertility, I can tell certain things a lot earlier then normal people, and I think I might be pregnant."

"Shaun, you want some dinner?" Tina asked.

Xander made sure she could. "You're doing good."

Jasper's eyes widened. "Really? I mean, wow, I mean..." He didn't quiteknow what to say. Yeah, he'd gotten a girl pregnant before, but he hadn't really care much for her and she's gotten an abortion. But he really liked Lindsey, and was hoping for a long-term relationship.

"Thanks."

"Yeah, but there's a problem. I don't exactly know the date other then it was very recently, so..."

Xander smiled at her, then kissed her cheek.

"Well, ah, just thought I'd tell you this, but I, ah, was hoping for us to be long-term; I really like you."

"Really? I really like you too." Lindsey blushed. She was glad that Jasper hadn't really caught on to what she'd said.
