"You seriously think he won't ask me about the things you've said about me? Jasper knows I don't lie, so he'll know that you're lying. Maybe he'll ask himself just why he should be bothered with a woman who not only tells him horrible lies about a friend of his, but also refuses to accept responsibility for anything she's done, just like a child. Maybe I should show him the photos of the bruises you gave me, just to hammer it home."

Tina rolled her eyes in the kitchen; Lindsey was being very melodramatic.

"You remember how to skate?" Xander asked.

"Don't, Shaun. Please. I guess it's your choice though. I know Dustin would hate it if you did, because I'd have to move far, far, away afterwards."

"A bit. I'll still need to hold your hand."

"You see? You're doing it again. You're using emotional blackmail to try and force me to give in to you. Probably cuz you miss having your weak and cowardly slave around, that you could knock about as you liked. Well, sorry, but I'm never going to be like that again. It's you who has the problem; maybe you should seek psychiatric help."

Okay, now Tina came in. "Okay, show's over." she said. "Lindsey, I must say this one little tihng first; you spent all your money on expensive brands when you could've gotten cheaper things that essentially did the same thing. And, Shaun, don't grab the pictures; that was in the past. Let's all just get over it, hmm?"

Lindsey left to her bedroom, upset.

Sky smiled. "I think I forgot how to walk, too. I'll need to rest upon you."

Tina sighed, then rolled her eyes yet again.

Lindsey didn't care if Shaun showed Jasper the pictures. If Jasper broke up with her, then she supposed it wasn't meant to be. She packed her bags and decided next time someone expressed their hate for her, she'd do them a favour and leave.

Sky giggled and fake tripped. "Opps."

Shaun looked irritated. "It's not me who can't get over it, it's Lindsey. And I'm not about to just sit back and let her blacken my name, just to make her life better."
