"Well, when my mom was laboring to have Svana and me, the shadows attacked. They failed in killing her, so they planted a shadow in me and made her infertile." xander explained.

"I know. It's my turn to change."

"She could always adopt." Sky reminded.

"I dunno, I don't think she'll feel like it's the same." Xander said.

"Oh. But what about all the poor children that need a home? If she does want another kid, she should definitely think about adoption."

[spirit_queen]

"I guess, but I don't exactly know what her opinion is so... I don't know if she even wants more kids that badly." Xander said.

"I'll be sure to adopt at least one child in my life time. I'd love to change a kid's life and give them the life they don't yet have."

Xander laughed. "Wait til you finish high school first!"

"I know. Besides, I want my first to be biological, and you know I'm waiting."

"yeah." Xander said, nodding. His heart had sped up a bit at the mention of it... children with Sky... but that was a long, long ways away. He really liked Sky, and though she said she'd wait, the whole biological kid first thing made his heart to strange things... was that what love was? Maybe.
