"Hm. She almost sounds like my cousin, Keiko." Lindsey said. Though Keiko wasn't really her cousin, she didn't want to say she was a friend. "She and her boyfriend are in a fight over it. Among other things. He's been calling her a selfish wh*re a lot lately."

"I'm free almost everyday. I used to work, but my son's father let me live here again after he had kicked me out while I was pregnant with his kid. Hmph. The nerve of some people. He acts all sensitive and shy, but he's a rude, spiteful man. After I had given birth to the child - I had been living in a woman's shelter - I went and got a job and bought an apartment. I brought Dustin to work with me everyday since I couldn't afford a sitter. I spent all the money I had on Dustin. Then Dustin's father came with his girlfriend and they threatened to take him away from me unless I came too. Nowadays, he's seen as the hero in that story."
