Aphrodite was very proud of herself. She wanted to jump up and down like a kid, but she managed to restrain herelf.

Nusku was a shimmery orange, his light flickering like a flame.

Much to Heimdall's surprise, he was able to do it too. His ribbon of light was a warm white light, with a hint of gold.

Isis' was a bright yellow, and Frigg's was a bluish-purple.

Freya still couldn't get it.

Athena sighed and went over to Freya, She laced her own fingers with the other woman's. "Reach dep. Imagine powe, pure power, and every emotion, every thought you've ever had, the very essence of you bubbling out. I'll do it with you."

Freya tried again, but this time it sort of worked. The ribbon was broken in areas, and it was a light magenta colour.

Athena sighed; Freya just barely made it; if she hadn't poured enough power into it, she would have left her body behind instead of taking it with her, like the dead leaving a body. Fortunately, she hadn't; if she had, Athena would have had a hard time coaxing her body to accept her soul back.

Freya sighed as well, "I'm so sorry."

"No, just totally give everytihng you got next time, please." Athena said. "at least you did it; try again once more, you have to have it perfect before we go."

Heimdall thought that the reason that Freya was finding it so hard was cuz of the whole upset with Loki. However, he wasn't going to say anything and risk her shouting at him.

Freya was pretty sure that was the reason. She was simply too upset at the time to think about anything else. She tried again, and this time it worked. It wasn't as good as everyone else's, but she was getting there. "Athena, I think I'm going to go practise in the other room. Okay?"
