Keiko came in and shut the door behind her. "Oddly enough, I don't know either." She paused, "I'm going to be moving. After the spell and everything. I think it'll help us both move on."

[Miranda_]

"It won't help anything. It's just like you're running away from everything. And don't think you're taking the girls; if it wasn't for them, I'd kill myself. I just can't stand being two personalities any more."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"So you're saying you rather me stay here and contemplate suicide then let me start a new life somewhere else? And I feel the same way about the girls. Besides, you don't have a job. You couldn't support them."

[Miranda_]

"It's not that bad for you. You and Freya are melded together; you don't understand how it feels for me at all. I'd get a job if I only could."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"I'm just mentioning that if we need to fight for the girls, they'll find your criminal record and now that you can't get a job to support them. And also, you don't understand how it feels to be me. Certainly you remember some things you said to me last night."

[Miranda_]

"I wasn't myself last night, can't you understand that? And what will probably happen is that they'll take the girls off the pair of us and put them into care, what with your past career on the streets and all. Is that what you really want?"

"But you can remember how rude Loki was, can't you? And no, but I want custody. And I can change."

[Miranda_]

"I know how rude he was, but that's not how I feel. I can change too, you know. It's not all about you. And the courts will more than likely see your past to be worse than mine. It sucks, but that's how it is."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"I did what I had to. You drove in other people's cars for fun." Keiko mentioned, "And how do you feel then?"

[Miranda_]

"The courts won't see it that way. They'll just assume I was like that cuz my dad murdered my mum. They'll look at you and see a girl who sold herself for money; and any trashy lawyer would bring up your cheating and sleeping around as proof that you're still doing it. Trust me, I know how it works. The way I feel now is crap. I feel as tho my entire life is falling apart, cuz I have a bad personality that I can't control. If I had custody of the girls, I would never run away to the other side of the country with them and take them away from you. That essentially is what you plan to do to me."
