"Did I say changed each other? I guess it was more one-sided..." Athena said.

[Miranda_]

"I can't think really."

[spirit_queen]

She laughed. "Aphrodite leanred a lot form her rather short time with Anubis, you know."

[Miranda_]

"I wouldn't have called that a relationship; a two hour scr'ewing doesn't really count as one, in my book. But you're right; she got a short sharp shock and learned that the world revolves around the sun, not her."

[spirit_queen]

"Exactly." Athena said. She shifted her weight; her butt was falling asleep.

[Miranda_]

"And now she's got a child to look after, who may not be as she wanted a child of hers to be like, but she's still got to love him like she would any of her children. She should take Loki's example to heart; some of his children are strange, but I guess he's always treated them all equally." Heimdall gave this slight praise of Loki grudgingly, but he gave it knowing it to be true.

[spirit_queen]

"He did, though the emo-wolf and the goth-girl turned out... odd and are almost as indifferent to the world as Anubis. Sleipnir, however, is a gentle giant." Athena said.

[Miranda_]

"Yeah, and he's pretty clever, too."

[spirit_queen]

"He just doesn't like you." Athena said. "He's fine with almost everyone else, which is the sad part."

[Miranda_]

Heimdall sighed. "I know, and it's probably cuz of the kidnapping thing. I just don't know what I can do to make up to him about that."
