"It's depressing. What do we tell the others, anyway? Why did Xander feel he had to leave? What did he do to Dustin?"

"He told Dustin about the l'ust potin you and Frigg drank in a very rude manner that thorouglhy upset Dustin." Athena said.

[Miranda_]

Heimdall looked embarrassed. He said nothing.

[spirit_queen]

"It was more upsetting to him because he was under impression that you'd had a one-night stand, and at least had liked each other that much... and Xander sort of burst his bubble." Athena said.

[Miranda_]

Heimdall found his voice at last. "That was cruel. Why did Xander do that in the first place? And maybe it's a good thing he's out the house, cuz I doubt Frigg was happy about that."

[spirit_queen]

"The shadow made him say that, actually. He left because he's ashamed of himself." Athena said.

[Miranda_]

"I doubt somehow that Frigg will take that as an explanation. You'll have to talk to her."

[spirit_queen]

Athena sighed, and was thinking If I survive at all to get thew chance, but she said nothing.

[Miranda_]

"She might decide to leave after all cuz of what Xander did, and then we'd be sunk; we need all the deities here."

[spirit_queen]

"She made a d@mned vow to stay here for that, and, dammit, I shall see to it she will!" Athena said, suddenly very cross.
