Categories Of RPGs.

Harry Potter Newbie RPG.

This RPG is here solely for people who are New to RPing. That means the people who have either never RPed before, or who want to practice their skills. Experienced RPers; please direct all newbies to this RP; it will remain open forever. This is the only RP that's excempt from categorisation; otherwise, it would have fitted into High School with Powers. Don't post any more Harry Potter RPs unless that category has an opening.

Harry Potter RP {For RPG Newbies ONLY}

Newbie Tutoring RP.

Once you feel you are ready, you can join the Tutoring RP. Advanced RPers will give out tutoring and constructive criticism to RP newbies in order to teach them the skills they need. This RP is also excempt from categorization. If you wish to join it, go here:

Open RPs:

An Open RP is one that's less than 50 pages long and not private or with conditions. The following RPs are open to new people. However, if an RP is 10 pages long or more, PM the owner (ie, the person who started it) first to ask if you can join. Also, make sure you read the RP thru first to get an idea of the story.

RPs With Conditions:

These are RPs that lay down certain conditions that have to be fufilled before a member can post. Sometimes the owner only wants experienced RPers to join, or asks that prospective players PM them first. Whatever the conditions are, no-one can join unless they abide by them.

Private RPs:

These are exclusive RP's which only certain members can join (usually friends of the RP starter). Others are not allowed, even before 50 pages. The members allowed are printed in brackets in the title or listed in the RP description.

RP Categories And Which Ones Are Full.


Full categories are bolded. Don't try and get round the "3 RPs per topic" rule by posting an RP under a different title, or pretending it belongs in another category. All new RPs are read by me; if it goes under a full category, it will be locked. No exceptions. Also, any RPs that are copies of existing ones will be locked.

There are just a few categories available; if you wish to RP under a new category, then send me a PM with a description of your RP and if possible, a first paragraph. If I approve it, it can be posted. Otherwise, don't or it'll be locked.
