ok I have never started a Role play myself but I love to roleplay and I thought this idea was pretty cool.

Here at the Battle of the Bands there is only one rule, Win.
Band after band have entered only few have prevailed its trials.

Current bands such as Slipknot, System of a Down, and Disturbed have started a new test to see exactly how far the rockers of tomorrow will go to win a chance to be just like them.

Many bands have entered, and the tests they are asked to take are treacherous.
-Bands have been turned against their allies.
-One band has killed the lead singer of another
-One band completely destroyed the stage.

BIC: Ayane smiled. Battle of the bands was so close. This would be the first year their band would enter. They had just came on a flight from Japan. Kyri tapped Ayane on the shoulder. "Wanna go backstage, or what? The rest of us want to go, and we thought you might want to so I asked."
"I'd love to." I go with the rest of my band backstage. I see another band-like group. Would they be competing too? I wondered....
