I nodded and stepped foreward. "You had permission for me to drive you here, not to break out of your cell and come here."
A cop sighed. "Let's make a deal. We get to put you in handcuffs, then you can stay here, but right back to the holding cell afterwards. And you, young man, will have a trial shortly, but we already have plain evidence."

"I noticed, and fine. It's a deal." Carter stuck his hands out. I did the same.

The cops shook their hands and held out the handcuffs. "And if you try to make any destraction, then you are out of there."

I blinked. "But that's the reason I-"
Carter nudged me. "Yes sir." He said to the cop.

"I... I was going to say that was the reason I came. To get Tori to love me instead of the bride... I was going to object."

I smirked. "See? She needs to be in jail. I mean, Tori...Tori is much older and on the opposite side of the law."
