Kana was still in bed, staring at the ceiling. He hadn't wanted to sleep with Deirdre so soon, he'd wanted to get to know her a bit first. Now she was going to think that he had just wanted one night with her and nothing else. He winced as he heard the front door open, banging against the wall and then shutting with a slam.
Kelne bounced in. She'd stayed over at Jamie's house after the party.   No, you don't get it, that's why I'm telling you. You think you get it, which isn't the same as actually getting it. Get it?
