Hair: Brown, shoulder length and wavy, half pulled back if you can
Clothing: Black t shirt and black circle-skirt (like a 1950s poodle skirt without a poodle)
Shoes: Black Mary Janes with a slight heel (if you can, like character shoes)
Accessories: A blue sash around the waist and a daisy-like flower in the hair.
Desired Animation: Feel free to animate if you want, I would just request one thing, and that's only if you feel it's within your abilities, but can it say "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and have the words be animated as a rainbow?

Thanks so much! I know this is bizarrely specific, but it's based on a real-life costume for the show.
