3. I will make surprise dolls, but if you don't like how I made it please tell me and I will try to make it the way you want it.

Here's your doll. I really hope you like it. I couldn't find a beret-like hat and I couldn't find an all black tank top and the pants were the only ones with shoes that were sort of what you wanted. If you want me to edit it or make you a new one I will, just let me know.
