the dolls are cute but the animation is so little that its barely noticeable on some of them.

I agree, subtle animation works best. Dolls with clothes that blink neon colours are tiring on the eyes and get annoying fast. Yours are nice though, I like the last one best.

I didn't even notice that they WERE animated, sadly.

I like lots of animation. And the animation is slow, too...

Other then that they aren't bad. ^^ But now I look like I copied your name... -.- That is annoying... I should have © my title... Now I can't even change it. UGH.

What program do you use to animate, anyway?

I use paint and an online animator. I build the doll, edit it in paint, then upload them to photobucket. And sorry for coping your name; I just couldn't think of anything.
