I'm certain that you get some from posting, but you shouldn't spam the forums just to get doll points. I also believe that everytime you save a doll, you det DP.  VEGETA "I wasnt sure how long I could sustain the effort without breaking in two. It was as though the only thing holding my body together was my one burning desire to be better then Kakarott. Sometimes I thought I was losing my mind. Why wasnt I able to obtain what Kakarott had obtained?! It didnt make any sense. It was infuriating and it was my fury that kept me alive."

Welcome to TDP! You can get DP a number of ways. I'm pretty sure all the ideas mentioned work too. You can also earn DP by entering contests. I believe you get 2 points for every entry. Though be sure that the doll meets the contest criteria as contest owners might report you for spamming, just as in the forums.
Good luck on earning your points! Is there something particular in the shops you're hoping to buy, or do you just want all of it? Lol.
