Found this at The Gathering (long story) and just had to post it here!
My brother thought this about a line in So Cold by Breaking Benjamin. Actual: Show me how defenseless you really are .... .... .... ... .. .. .. OMG! I do that a lot, too! Like, in this Evanescence song, Farther Away:
Actual: I see you there, farther away. What I thought it was: I see you there, by the rain. Hey! She kind of muffled that part, where she said Farther Away!  Thanks Elanorea, for doing an amazing job on the trio! And Cantorset, for making an awesome Lacey [[Flyleaf]] doll!

It is REALLY easy to mishear a lyric. Trust me.

I look at the liner notes whenever I can, but some bands don't have them!    No, you don't get it, that's why I'm telling you. You think you get it, which isn't the same as actually getting it. Get it?
