Okay so I don't know if anyone else besides me is old enough to know this movie but the original Steel Magnolia's was an amazing movie. And now Lifetime is remaking it. Personally I think it is a horrible idea. I think the movie was perfect the way that it was. It was a movie that made you laugh and cry and hope and it was just amazing!!! Whoever thought a remake was a good idea is just WRONG! I for one will not be watching it.

Oh and no I am not upset because the remake is an all African-American cast. I am upset because I love this movie and it is perfect the way it is.
