Sucker Punch
 

So has anyone else seen Sucker Punch? I did, I loved it.


It has a wickedly awesome soundtrack. :D

Now this is the example that I was trying to find earlier

I find this movie uninterestingly full of Mary Sues, and did not like it
much

The production, however, was great

I actually haven't seen it yet, the few people I know who have said it was slightly Inception-ey in some ways...

Out of curiosity, is it worth a trip the the cinema?

I've heard that, too; the reviews I read said that the characters were mainly vapid and uninteresting, the plot was full of holes and it was obviously catering to teenage girls with its basic "girl power" story.

That's kind of insulting, if you think about it, cuz there's loads of movies that appeal to teenage girls that have really good plots, like The Craft for example, so there really is no need to have a movie like Sucker Punch.
