Fantasia: The Sunflower Mystery

I came accross this: snopes.com: Black Centaur in Fantasia while looking for something else. It seems that Fantasia originally had a stereotypical character of a black female centaur, who's job was to wait on the white ones, but Disney cut her out of the movie in the 1960s. In case anyone thinks this is a hoax, proof can be found here:
