I sent in mail to get premi. About how long does it take for them to get it?????? ( I live in The NorthEast Region.)

It will take a few days to mail, allowing proper delays due to the season. Also, the premium subscriptions are behind too. Don't worry, you will get your premium. If in about two weeks you don't have, message support on here nicely about the issue.

Alright, to be honest, I am very impatient. I have waited 5 days and every morning i would check on my computer to see if its ever premi. but no. It always says Access Level: Standard -.-

Wait more time, okay? It's been said time and time again that everything's backed up, and it's even worse because it's the holiday season. Be patient!

4 weeks since I sent it in.
My dad is angry because he wrote the check and everyday he asks:
Did the palace thing get the mail yet?

Then you're just going to have to talk to support on the forums, because I can't do anything for you. I don't know what the hell's up with the premium memberships, I'm not part of the maintenance group!

I will admit, an explanation as to what is going on would be nice. I remember mine canceling in October, then still going on for a few extra weeks for whatever reason even though I had received an email saying it was canceled. I understand delays, but its a bit silly now.
