The fact that you were being rude was why I was still commenting. It's my job to enforce the rules; there was no need for you to reply and I wouldn't have if you'd been civil in the first place.
Your new signature is fine. If you're going to quit with the attitude, then we'll leave it at that.
Before this goes any farther, I'd just like to clarify...
The signature rule was created because, a few years back, people would post either huge, wallpaper sized images as signatures, a thousand small icons of various interests that ended up being as large as the afore-mentioned image, or slightly smaller images with dramatic animation that bogged computers down.
Sometimes, a post made by one person could take up a whole computer screen, or it would take older computers a ridiculously long time due to complicated signatures.
The signature rule was introduced to keep anything like this from happening again, for small signatures can just as effectively send s message across as a large one, but without all the downfalls of larger images.
So, can we start over? You old signature was too large for our current site restrictions, would you mind resizing the old one (which can be easily done on Photobucket by using the edit option) or finding a new, smaller one that fits restrictions? Here is a link to the thread that goes over the specifics of the restrictions so that you can be sure that a new or resized signature is okay: link
See? That's exactly what I mean when I said you were rude. What you said just now was incredibly rude. Kindly adjust your present attitude; no-one is allowed to be nasty to either forum staff or other members the way you're doing. Don't bother replying if all you're going to do is post a comment like that.
Why did you have to post it in the first place? I told you the rules, all you had to say was either "Whoops, sorry! I'll fix my signature!" or "I don't understand. Can you tell me what you meant?"
You're the one backchatting, not me. I'm not being rude; just laying out the rules of the forum and asking you to abide by them. That's not rude; and if you think it is, then that's your problem. I'm just doing my job of admin.
If you didn't understand something, all you had to do was post something like, "I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you meant by..." then put in what you needed help for. Posting "What, Miranda?" just looks offensive and as tho you're trying to be nasty, rather than ask for help.
How more plain do I have to make it? Your signature was too big for the forum, as per the forum rules. I linked you to a thread which explained how big a signature could be; it even shows a picture. You obviously know how to make a signature and put it in, so I don't really get why you don't understand my simple request.
Your new signature is fine. If you're going to quit with the attitude, then we'll leave it at that.
