Due to the fact that, once again, you completely ignored my warning to you about bumping your shop, it has been locked and you are now barred from opening any more shops, either in Requests or in Marketplace. Please don't bother PMing me to moan about this as I will not change my mind; you have been given enough chances and you have blown them all.

Cuz you bumped your shop, even tho you have already been warned about doing this, your shop has now been locked. Due to having already broken several rules in Requests, you are on your last chance. You may open another shop, but if you bump it or break any more rules, your shop will be locked and you will not be allowed to open another one. The rules are for everyone, not everyone but you.
