Look, I get that you're a little upset but the fact remains that you HAVE to follow the rules. If you don't know how to set up a roleplay then read the openings of the ones that the advanced players use, try and emulate teh amount of detail that we go into.
And always make sure that your character is a fitting one for that world. Example, a Diclonius in a Sonic the Hedgehog RP, Resident Evilesque zombies in Fullmetal Alchemist RP's. They wouldn't make sense and wouldn't fit at all.
