Your account wasn't hacked. Jessica warned every member under 13 to get parental consent before April 1st or their account would be deleted.

Each member under 13 was given ample warning; both on the message that flashed up when you logged in, and on the main site. It's not Jessica's fault that you decided you knew better and ignored it. The message was up for days; this is not to be mean, but to protect you.
