I've never eaten either, but smell-wise, I prefer chicken; turkey smells like some kind of rotten alcoholic beverage to me and whenever we go to my grandma's house for Thanksgiving, I immediately go out on a porch and stay out there till we eat, that's how bad the smell is to me.

Turkey isn't supposed to be so dry so that indicates whoever is making your turkey isn't properly cooking it.
Personally, I go could go for both interchangeably. They both are lean meats(meaning they have little to no fat in them) and are really some of the only meats I can eat cooked. |
