I like all my meat rare. Very rare. I have a hard time eating cooked meat for some reason(it sits too heavily upon my stomach) so I had to learn to get a liking for the nearly raw wonderfulness that is rare meat. My grandmother actually is the same way, though I think she simply prefers her meat rarer.

It depends on my mood, really... most of the time I simply go with medium well, as that is what my mother orders and I like it that way. Besides, I want to make sure my meat is throughly cooked so I don't get sick- especially when I don't know where that meat has been >.>
Sometimes though, when I do know they overcook it when I order it medium well, I'll order medium. I do like a bit of pink because I prefer my meat juicy, not tough. It's a hard balance, admittedly. |
