Comferting the patient
 

Patient: I can't have the surgery!!
Doctor: Why? What's the worst that could happen?? A giant hotdog fly from a hotdog stand , it hits the lights , the lights go out in the surgery room?!
Patient: *surprised* Oh no dad! I am never gonna be able to talk
and that's all because of a giant hotdog
