problem?
 

this is a little awkward, but I don't talk to my mom about these kinds of things, so here it goes:

A couple weeks ago, what looked like a pimple appeared in my pubic area. It went away after a few days, but now it's back.

I've never even had a boyfriend or anything, so it can't be an STD. Should I be concerned? I have an aversion to doctors (One tried to trick me into getting a shot when I was seven :P ) so I'd like to avoid her at all costs.

If you shave it, it could be razor burn, and if not, it's probably just a pimple.

You get pimples everywhere.

She's definately right. Like the old saying goes: If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it's probably a duck.

If it doesn't feel like a pimple or gets worse looking than a pimple then see a doctor.

Or it could be an ingrown hair.

You're very likely to get those in your pubic area, because the hair is so much thicker.
If it's only one, don't worry about it.
