Natural Remedies

Ah, nature's medicine. Usually a lot better than medicine, if you ask me. If you have any natural remedies, post 'em here. My favorite is hot chocolate for a runny. sore throat. Anyone have others?

I like coffee for sore throats. It's pretty nice, helps get rid of it.
