Headache! :(

I was told by a teacher that your dehydrated when you have a headache, seems somewhat true. I drink tea and try to go into a quiet place. Usually they aren't bad enough to not ignore. I used to get really bad headaches last year due to stress. Those were really bad and would only happen at school, where I was stressed.

I used to get bad headaches at school, partly due to stress cuz of bullying, and partly cuz I used to refuse to wear my glasses. XD

owww... I get a weird headache whenever I try on glasses. It feels like my eyes want to puke.

I get bad stress headaches too. I've been in bed a lot of the time and taken a whole crap-load of aspirins over the past couple weeks because of them. -.-

I just haven't been feeling all that well lately otherwise either. Bad cramps, nausea, the works. Gah.

Our health teacher told us that 70% of headaches are caused by dehydration, so alot of the time sitting down for a bit and drinking water makes it better.

That's not necessarily true, it depends on the type of headache. Seeing as I sometimes vomit whenever I get a migraine, when that happens I can't keep water down.
