Toast with a little teeny splat of butter and cinnamon usually calms my stomach down; drinking cold water also helps calm stomachs down, NEVER warm water (I don't know what people are thinking when they say that helps, it makes it worse. O_o).
I KNOW THE PIECES FIT, CAUSE I WATCHED THEM FALL AWAY, MILDEWED AND SMOLDERING.

Toast with a little butter, ginger ale, saltine crackers, and broth.
