You still play the sax right. Maybe you can join the marching band if you can this year. Or you could join an after school sport.

If you can't do them, instead of sitting inside and practicing your instrument, go out side, and play a few scales while marching around your yard.

My dad just came home from Iraq! Wahoo.
Visit the club I'm in it's called World_OF_Girls.
It's awesome.
Um. TinkerBell1995 is awesome. Get to know her.
I love you Emma Grace.

Hah, I don't think so. Not to sound rude, but I h-a-t-e marching. I'll probably join it next year, and we are marching in the Veteran's day parade (our 8th grade class, the only school that does it in the state) and my friend Tyler is trying to get my to join with him. I probably will, because otherwise he'll give me the guilt trip.

I play tennis, and next year hopefully it will be year-round, but for now, there aren't a lot of options for me, and my forte (no pun intended) is music, which is not an active thing.

Sorry to double post...if there is too many characters in a post my computer won't let me edit it, for some reason.

I drink diet sodas, and my favourite are the diet ones with no caffeine, although there aren't many of those around. I do stairs, but I got sick the last time I did them, because I did too much.

I don't think I can join Tae Kwon Doe. Sax rental is 75 dollars a month, and my sister pays about 80 dollars a month for Tae Kwon Doe, so my parents may have the "one or the other" mentality. We aren't exactly filthy rich.

And do you think I could lose some weight with daily crunches and push-ups?

Oh gosh yes. I actually got too skinny from doing crunches and had to stop for a while. Make sure to breath in while your on the floor and exhale as you go up.

I would rather be scolded for doing what is right than praised for doing what is wrong.

Oooh, thankiez. Should I do them tonight, because I'll be out in the cold for a few hours (which burns more calories) and we're playing with the high school marching band at the football game. Would it be too much excersize if I did both, or should I do about ten of each, instead of 25?

Ohh the crunches are good. The best time to do them is in the morning when you're still in bed. The 1st day you do 10 then next 20 and so on and so on, just add 10 per day. Well I heard that works. I don't know about the push ups tho, I guess you can do those when you get out of bed. --Don't over-exaggerate tho.

But exercise in the morning before eating breakfast is a good thing, or at least that's what I heard --to exercise on an empty stomach. Correct me if I'm wrong...
