Acid Reflex Disease aka Heart burn

I get it every once in a while....mostly from spicy foods and a lot of Soda. Does anyone else get like this too? WHen the heart burn kicks in for me my chest starts to hurt like no tomorrow and it feels like I can't breathe even though I can....it's weird really.

Ohh I get heart burn too, when I eat hot cheetos, ugh. Other than that I eat all spicy foods with no effects.

I get that usually when I eat greas foot the chug a water..Not sure how that started LOL.

Me too. Anything spicy. I think I'm a little young to have heart burn though... depending on others' opinions, maybe not.

eww I hate it so much!
I had it the other day soooo badly!
I had an allergic reaction though so maybe thats why :/
I had it soo bad I hate to suck on an Ice cube >.>
but even that didnt help

Over the counter antacids should help, but ask your parents before you take any. If your heartburn is really bad, or you're getting acid reflux a lot, you probably should see a doctor as there could be an underlying problem.

I get it if I eat biscuits or snacks with a high-butter content. Ugh.

Sometimes. Changing your position so the burny crap flows back down your pipe actually does work; try sitting/stand up if it happens.
