If you dye your hair a lot, lice normally leave you alone for some reason...
![]() If everyone cared and nobody cried If everyone loved and nobody lied Then we'd see the day that nobody died Siggy made by me. Do not take. Although, I doubt you want one with my username on it... |

I had them in kindergarten, along with almost every other kid..('cause hey,it's kindergarten!)
I used the chemical shampoos, tea tree oil and combed my hair with the special brushes and then they went away within a day or two of treatments. I got sent home last year because the nurse thought i had lice, but it was just dandruff(my head wasn't even itchy at all). Tea tree oil can be used any time,it prevents the lice from going on your scalp because they dislike the smell(I use it sometimes just in case)! |

Boil all household brushses, combs, etc. in Lysol. Take down ALL fabrics and spray with lice killer designed for fabrics. Wash all clothes in very hot water. Don't forget cars! They will have eggs, too! Pontytail holders, clips... deal with those.
Use either specially bought products for killing the lice in your hair or something else proven to work. Be sure to comb out all nits (eggs). Bag stuffed animals or toys with hair in a plastic bag with the air squeezed our for two weeks. After you've shampooed your hair and combed out nits, sleep somewhere else to let the spray do its job on the egs and lingering bugs. Later, vacuum carpets, matresses, and counches/easy chairs. That's all I know. XD I had it once as a kid, and it spread, so mom had to deal with it. I remember that much. ![]() |

well i used to have lice and it was horrible. so itchy D:
what my mom did was wash my hair a lot because she said the chemicals in the shampoo kill them but they still are on. so we use the lice comb to comb them out. And sometimes she picks the bugs and eggs out, kill them and throw them away. and hey i never knew that they are attracted to clean hair :O my mom said that a lice can lay a thousand eggs and they grow real fast. so i was terrified. I'm so glad i have no more lice. i had it for a year but now its gone :D |
