I noticed some weightloss this morning when I was having breakfast, but I had also noticed it when I first tried Soy Milk last year.
Plus It's good for your heart, & Knocks out Cholesterol! Regular soy milk is pretty good, But like regular milk, It has flavors, Chocolate & Vanilla,(theres probally more,But thats the only ones I've found.) It takes a few days to get used to the after taste but I dose go away. |

I want to kick out every liquid except water, and milk. Plus, I want to switch to skim milk instead of whole.
