Something good for you?
Whats something good you've done for you lately?
* cut out soda * Started drink soy milk. |
I've been working on cutting back on how much caffeine I drink. It hasn't been entirely easy, but Pepsi has caffeine-free soda, and I can still drink tea.

I've cut back on my staple drink of Diet Coke, and started drinking squash instead.

cutting WAY down on my normal 5 hour sitting at the computer. lol

I noticed some weightloss this morning when I was having breakfast, but I had also noticed it when I first tried Soy Milk last year.
Plus It's good for your heart, & Knocks out Cholesterol! Regular soy milk is pretty good, But like regular milk, It has flavors, Chocolate & Vanilla,(theres probally more,But thats the only ones I've found.) It takes a few days to get used to the after taste but I dose go away. |
I've started running a mile every day...again.
I need to get in shape before summer camp. v.v; Bah. |

darn umm... I actually took my iron my anemic butt needed. (david made me lol) umm... darn.. umm I play ddr so I am not completely immobile. I also actually fit in my prom dress this year without sucking in my gut like last year. |
I um...am actually eating more fruits and vegetables :-D . I <3 cucumbers!
