My dad and I have begun to eat less junkfood and fastfood. In the mornings, he'll cook me pancakes!!

I want to kick out every liquid except water, and milk. Plus, I want to switch to skim milk instead of whole.
I want to eat less junk food, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables instead. Most importantly, I want to exercise!  John Bonham 29 years gone, but never forgotten. R.I.P. 5-31-48 - 9-25-80 We salute you.

Well I'm doing tennis this year.
so between the conditioning there, and all the exercize, I've trained enough to wear a bikini this summer again. haha (: oh and my tennis diet (nothing greasy for lunch because it makes me sick at practice after school) and sweets only on weekends has helped.

ive been drinking alot more water,cuz i always drank juice with way to much sugar, and i go out alot more than i did before , like hanging with friends and stuff.
Uh and i gotz my self a job .. xD im a waiter .-. lmao Yoh
