I always save my files as .bmp or even .png, since it has the same amount of quality. And yet it will still be gif-eaten in the conversion process. I use Ifranview, which is good for the most part (plus it's free ), but it's not foolproof by any means. The hungry Gif monster is always waiting for its chance...

I use the 24 Bit Bitmap file, then I use Iaza.com to convert it to a transparent gif.

I save the doll as gif having copied it beforehand.then open new paint window,paste bmp copy and save over gif with save as.Works every time.

She looks great! I like the detailing of the torn pieces of the kimono dress. A few more folds, like stretching up her skirt, around her waist, and some coming around from the side on the torso would be fun to do Gotta love the bloody tears Great job, you're doing wonderful with Wayuki's bases

Yay, she can see again! I like how you shaded the hair, you have a good understanding where the highlights and shadows are supposed to go (only the part down the middle is supposed to be the darkest part, just to let you know ^.^;; ). The flower is cute! Well done
