Great job on all the improvements, she looks really great! I am glad that i wasnt the only one choosing the side profile base I know that it's too late now but the only tiniest thing that i would have done is used a slightly softer shade of brown on the front hair outline, thats it!

Just posting for last minute critiques. I based my doll off of this cupcake http://images.wisegeek.com/buttercream-icing.jpg . I tried to give the top a "frosty" look and the bottom like the cupcake paper stuff. Not quite sure if I should leave the bow. But I do feel like something should be on her head.

I like the bow; maybe make it pink to match up with the sprinkles in your reference image?

I like the bow. Also, how about sprinkling on some sprinkle accessories? Some earrings, a necklace, a bracelet, all made of pink sprinkles.

Keep the bow, it adds just that little extra touch, Cute doll by the way, nice and simple.
I know that I have mentioned this before but I still feel that the outline hair colour is way too harsh in contrast to the rest of the hair, it is the same colour as the roots which are usually the darkest part of ther hair.
