Here's my entry, it may be rushed and the shading may be average but I think it is super cute and I must say that I have never dolled anything like this before.

I included bows, rattle, security blanket, pastel colours and more then 1 person.
The baby boy's outfit is supposed to be denim and it is not really a pastel colour but the rest of the entry is done is a pastel colour scheme so hopefully that is acceptable.

I haven't seen the base you're talking about, so I can't say for sure. Honestly, just about any short stumpy base with a large head will pass as a 1 year old, and Kawaii Hannah has tons of bases that would qualify. Mariiis Dollshouse had some too, but I don't know if they're accessible anymore now that she's changed things...unless I'm thinking of a different website. I haven't been base hunting in forever, so I'm entirely rusty on the subject.

For those that aren't familiar with 1 year olds: they can crawl well, they can walk a few feet, especially if they're holding onto something. They're just getting off the bottle, and starting baby food and some finger foods. They can't talk, but they can speak and mimic words and actions. So any stages below a 1 year old is fine, any above is not. Oh and diapers are still used.

(My niece is turning 1 in May, that's the only reason why I know this for sure. xD

EDIT: ****, Imageshack deleted the pictures. Guess you'll just have to take my word for it, but the new base definitely fits the requirements.
