Welcome back!
I love the way you do hair, so shiny! I love the whole porcelain-doll theme on the first one, and the little heart-shaped hairclip on the second doll is very cute.
Though on the first doll, the joint on her right (our left) elbow seems a bit out of place, and the second doll's neck is too thin. Other than that, they're great! I have to commend you on doing baseless dolls and backgrounds, since I know how difficult it is.

I use MS Paint to pixel and I use AS3 to put the pixelled frames together as an animation.

So, yes, I can safely say that I use MS Paint.~

For my CG howevr, I used GIMP, but I don't do much GIMP artwork :3

It may look hard but it's actually fun. I swear I had to keep starting over because I kept forgetting to save it D:

Anyhoww, if you need help pixelling, I'm sorta okay at it, I've been doing it for two years.

It took so long because of the animation and hat and stuffs. It didn't turn out the way I wanted it to x__x;
