Your anatomy is much improved; you actually indicated the collar bone, the arms are the right length, and the shoulders are about right. You still cling to anime-ish proportions in the face, though, which throws off the drawing a bit.

Unfortunately, with art, you have to pic stylized or semi-realism; blending the two is freakin' hard. I suggest trying to do more studies of the actual proportions of the human face... I don't mean going by tuts, but actually do digital portraits. I should probably do that myself, but I still feel so disjointed when working on my tablet.
