Because I couldn't find my first doll thread, I've decided to make a new one.



P i x ** P a r a d i s e **** - Base

I HATE it. This is about my 3rd doll or so. The base was really hard to draw on, save the hair. I actually like the hair though. CC is always welcome..and needed. XD

It's really getting good Delaney! ^^
CC: On the pants, you drew where the pants start straight, and it should be kinda curved, but more at like a slant kind of thing, like this:

I hope that made at least some kind of sense.
The shading is pretty good considering this is only your third or so doll. :mrgreen:

The top should also be rounded off. ^^

Do you have links to sites with tutorials and pallettes? if not, I'd be glad to put some up for you.

Eehh, some, but I really didn't use any for this. I have used Xanddora's for some and the ones from Watermelon Bubblegum. Can you post some for me? That would really help, thanks.

Is the hair okay?

The base is too small to clearly see that hir; try on a larger base.

KawaiiHannah : Pixel Tutorials, Folds Tutorial, Doll Base Tutorial She has a nice one for beginners that is very easy to understand and goes over some of the basics. ^^

T h e ** D o l l e r y **** She has some more speciific tuts. Some of these require a program more advanced than MS Paint, but they're still pretty good anyways.

I'll try those out and try to post another doll soon before the end of the day. ^^

This is a baseless dress I made last night and finished shading today. I used palette's and a dress tutorial from here: Ninique's Mindollz. I know there isn't any folds, but I had a lot of trouble with them so I just left them out. >.> Please tell me what you think, and CC is always appreciated. :)

Well, the folds really make the clothes, so it's hard ot judge how much you may have learned without any folds. >>
