The shirt is an improvement but it needs more creases because they don't just stick to you. They fall down in creases. They can be evil but once you get the hang of them it's easy.

Also it would look better if there were highlights on the lower part of the top aswell as the top half. Same with the skirt; it needs highlights.

Overall a big improvement.

Oh yeah and remember base credit.

Base: :: x a n d o r r a s :: p l a c e :: terms of use for cartoon dolls, bases & tutorials (I also used palette's and the ballroom dress tutorial.)

(The homepage dosen't seem to be working..?)

I was focusing more on the dress than the hair and face; so I decided not to do them. xD I like to think of it as a mannequin that the artist's use. ^^ The skirt was giving me a lot of trouble. I like the way the straps came out though. Feel free to cc!

It's really nice; I like the way you've shaded the bottom of the dress especially, gives it sort of a 3D look. However, the folds are a bit strange on the top part of the skirt; they seem to end very suddenly and the curve is really sharp. Try to make it look more smooth.
In general, it's a good doll, but I'd suggest adding hair and a face, because with just a dress it looks a bit bland and incomplete. You could still have it be a mannequin; some mannequins do have wigs and faces (like these: File:Mannequin Supermodel 2.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). Maybe recolour the skin so it looks more obviously fake and plastic-y.

Edited version; I made the folds less sharp and added hair. The hair was very hard. x_X I also added a masquerade mask, too.

Very nice Though the mask looks more like a blindfold, I can't see her eyes through it. Also, I think it could be moved downwards slightly - a pixel or two - her eyes seem a bit too high up at the moment. But overall you did very well on the face; drawing faces on those bases is hard as hell, you should've seen my first try

I can't believe I'm updating.

Obviously this is a work in progress, but I felt like I should post to get some feedback on how everything looks so far since I really haven't dolled in forever. (Shading the hair has been a pain >> Should I change anything, does it look wrong?

Base: CCG
Palette and Hair Tutorial: Watermelon Bubblegum
